Marholmens Grill Buffet

The following dishes can be found on our Grill Buffet served at Grosshandlartorget during the period. The barbecue buffet is included for those who have booked an accommodation package with Grosshandlar dinner.

The buffet is served from 5 pm from June 20 to August 17. The last seating time available for booking is 21:00. The buffet is served until 22:00.

Smoked flank steak
Spicy sausage chorizo
Chicken thighs, maple syrup and black pepper
Thyme, garlic confit pluma
Tuna with chimichurri
Fresh potatoes with dill butter

Grilled celeriac

Grilled corn with mayonnaise, smoked paprika and grated parmesan.
