Food & drink for all senses at Marholmen
Restaurangen har flyttat till historiska Grosshandlartorget medan vi bygger till och skapar en ännu bättre gästupplevelse i vår huvudbyggnad. Torget ligger en kort promenad från huvudbyggnaden och vi erbjuder transport till och från receptionen.
Under perioden 21 december – 14 januari kommer restaurangen vara stängd för att flytta tillbaka in i huvudbyggnaden. Den 14 januari öppnar vi den nya restaurangen med begränsad meny och kapacitet och endast för boende gäster. I mitten av mars beräknar den nya restaurangen öppnas för allmänheten.
Note! Dogs
Vi älskar hundar, men när vintern är här och vi flyttar inomhus, kan vi av hänsyn till våra allergiker tyvärr inte ta emot dem i vår restaurang. Om vädret och temperaturen tillåter kan hundar få vara med under dagtid på vår terrass. Det går också fint att beställa take away och slå sig ner tillsammans i vår mysiga lobby. Självklart är alla fyrbenta vänner varmt välkomna tillbaka till vår nya restaurang i huvudbyggnaden när vi öppnar igen!
Marholmen's Breakfast Buffet
We get a lot of praise from our guests for Marholmen's delicious breakfast buffet that contains everything you expect to find in a hotel breakfast - and more!
Please note that our breakfast buffet is served at the historic Grosshandlartorget due to our rebuilding. This means that we have a limited number of seats compared to normal and that we cannot always guarantee a seat if you are an external guest or staying in a cabin, villa or on a pitch. Book in advance to secure your place.
For guests staying in hotel rooms, breakfast is always included.
Lunch of the day
Every day is a new opportunity to enjoy well-prepared food by our chefs here in the Roslagen archipelago. Lunch is served every day at 11.30-14.

Bistromeny
Our bistro menu consists of simpler dishes for those who want something tasty and filling.
The bistro menu is served every day from 14-17.

Our evening menu can be enjoyed in the restaurant at Grosshandlartorget every day from 17:00.
The menu is composed by our head chef Johan Klareus and his team of chefs using seasonal ingredients.

Wholesalers' dinner
Our chef Johan and his team specially select the evening's Grosshandlar dinner based on the season and availability of ingredients. What is served can therefore vary, and during certain holidays the dinner may be served as a buffet. But you always get a good, well-prepared dinner consisting of a starter, main course and dessert.
Please note that the Grosshandlarmiddagen (formerly Marholmsmiddag) is served at the historic Grosshandlartorget.

Dinner box
Spring Dinner box is for those who want to get a sense of restaurant luxury in Skärgårdshuset or the villa you rent here at Marholmen. The menu is prepared by our chefs and is quickly and easily prepared by you in the kitchen. All ingredients and instructions are included in the box.
Kolbulle bag
Bring a pre-packed Kolbulle bag with firewood, matches, batter, pork, lingonberry jam, frying pan, drinks and everything else you need to one of our organized barbecue areas where you cook your kolbulle together over an open fire and eat it steaming hot straight from the pan with lingonberry jam.
Takeaway
Our Bistromeny is also available as a takeaway to enjoy wherever you want. Please order in advance on tel. 0771-16 17 00 ormarholmen and pick up in the restaurant.

Go Alexander! ⭐️
Today is the day we've been waiting for! It's time for our sous chef Alexander Lundin to compete in the European final of CooperSkillet, an international competition for conference chefs.
After the victory in the Swedish final that took place in Stockholm in March, Alexander represents Sweden in the senior class.
The competition is held at @hogbobrukshotell and we will of course be there to cheer him on!
Keep your fingers crossed! Tonight we know how it goes.

The picture is from the last time it happened here at Grosshandlargården and on June 13 it is the new premiere! From midsummer, the summer restaurant is open for food, drinks, coffee and ice cream from 10.30 am to late every day of the week until August 17.

Dogs & pups
For the little ones, a children's menu is served every day of the week during the restaurant's opening hours.

We love dogs but now that the cold of fall is here and we are moving indoors, we can unfortunately not accept them in our restaurant out of consideration for our allergy sufferers. If the weather and temperature allow, dogs can join us during the day on our terrace. And for our four-legged friends who want to hang out anyway, regardless of the weather, you can order take away and sit down together in our cozy Lobby.
Of course, all four-legged friends are warmly welcome back to our new restaurant in the main building when we open in February!
Conference lunch over an open fire
Here on our fantastic archipelago island, even the conference lunch can be an experience! Gathering around an open fire to grill and eat together with the sea air as an extra spice makes the conference lunch a memory for life.

Our restaurant manager has developed different drink packages that go well with our different menus. We will select drinks that give you the absolute best taste experience based on the dishes we serve you for the evening.
