The menu is composed by our head chef Johan Klareus and his team of chefs using seasonal ingredients.

Marholm dinner

Our chef Johan and his team specially select the evening's Marholm dinner based on the season and availability of ingredients. What is served can therefore vary and during certain holidays and celebrations the dinner can be served as a buffet. But you always get a good, well-prepared dinner consisting of a starter, main course and dessert.

Takeaway menu

Let our chefs prepare the food and take it to Skärgårdshuset, the villa - or why not to your own home? We offer takeaway for pick-up in the restaurant every day of the week.

Our Dinner Box is for you who want to get a sense of restaurant luxury in the Archipelago House or the villa you rent here at Marholmen. The menu is prepared by our chefs and is quickly and easily prepared by you in the kitchen. All ingredients and instructions are included in the box.

Marholmen Winter Table with Christmas flavors

Throughout Advent we offer Marholmens Winter Table with selected Christmas favorites in the restaurant Skärgårdsro.

Marholmen Winter Table with the flavors of Christmas consists of a selection of portions specially selected by our kitchen team. You are free to choose from the bites based on your own favorite flavors to combine your own taste experience. Are you looking for a private venue for your Christmas dinner or party?
If you want a private Christmas dinner or Christmas party for the whole company, department or family, you can choose to book the historic Stand Pavilion for a private party. It can accommodate up to 80 people with plenty of space for mingling and dancing. And of course there are many beds for overnight stays! Send a quote request here >>

The winter table will be our Marholm dinner during Advent and thus served to everyone who booked an accommodation package and to our conference guests.

Children & dogs

For the little ones, a children's menu is served every day of the week during the restaurant's opening hours.

Dogs are welcome to join their owners in a separate part of the restaurant to accommodate our allergy sufferers.

Conference lunch over an open fire

Here on our fantastic archipelago island, even the conference lunch can be an experience! Gathering around an open fire to grill and eat together with the sea air as an extra spice makes the conference lunch a memory for life.

Beverage package

Our head chef Johan, together with restaurant manager Claes, has developed different drink packages that go well with our different menus. We will select drinks that give you the absolute best taste experience based on the dishes we serve you for the evening.
