Our guests often praise Marholmen's delicious breakfast buffet, which has everything you'd expect from a hotel breakfast – and a little extra!
Today's lunch
Every day is a new chance to enjoy delicious food prepared by our chefs here in the Roslagen archipelago. Lunch is served daily from 11:30 AM to 2 PM.
Prices: Adult 155 kr | Children up to 12 years 75 kr.

Herman's Bar Menu
Hermans Bar Menu features simple, hearty dishes for those looking for something tasty and filling. You can choose to eat in or take it to go.
The bar menu is served daily from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
No reservation is necessary—just drop by!

Our à la carte menu is available in the restaurant every day starting at 5 p.m.
Our head chef Johan Klareus and his team of chefs create the menu using seasonal ingredients.
Marholmen Dinner
Our Head Chef Johan and his team specially select the evening's Marholmen Dinner based on the season and available ingredients. What's served can vary, and during certain holidays and festive periods, dinner might be served as a buffet. But you'll always get a delicious, well-prepared dinner consisting of a starter, main course, and dessert.

Here you will find the current evening menu for guests who have booked Villa Berg for a conference, private party, or gathering.
This menu is prepared on-site in the villa’s kitchen by Loén Gastronomie’s skilled chefs.

Dogs in the restaurant
Four-legged friends are welcome to join us at the table in designated areas.
Please note that space is limited and that you must clearly indicate at the time of booking that you will be bringing your dog in order for us to guarantee a spot.
Kids' Menu
For our youngest guests, a children’s menu is available every day of the week during the restaurant’s opening hours. Children can also choose to order from our à la carte menu—half portions at half price.
Why is the restaurant called Hermans?
Today’s Marholmen with a historic moment in 1914, when this photograph was taken. The photo shows LO President Herman Lindqvist together with Marholmen’s owners, Nils and Hanna Berg, in what is now Villa Hanna. It is Herman who gave our restaurant its name.
The photo was taken when the Bergs donated part of the island, along with a sum of money, to LO (the Swedish Trade Union Confederation). The condition was that Marholmen become a place where working women and the wives of workers could come to rest and recover from the hardships of daily life.
The Berg Donation laid the foundation for what is now Marholmen. Later, the project expanded to include the Vacation Home (now Villa Berg), intended for men and families, and in 1924, the rest of the island and the Berg fortune were donated to a community education center to meet “the educational needs of factory workers’ wives.”
In 1984, the Swedish Municipal Workers’ Union (Kommunal) purchased the island, and we are proud to continue to uphold Nils and Hanna’s legacy to this day. We hope they would be proud of Marholmen today.

Spring Dinner box is for those who want to experience restaurant-style luxury in the Skärgårdshuset or the villa you’re renting here on Marholmen. The menu is prepared by our chefs and easily finished by you in the kitchen. All ingredients and instructions are included in the box.
Kolbulle Kit
Bring a ready-to-go Kolbulle Kit —complete with firewood, batter, pork, lingonberry jam, a frying pan, drinks, and everything else you need—to one of our designated barbecue areas, where you can cook your kolbulle together over an open fire and enjoy it piping hot straight from the pan with lingonberry jam.
Takeout
Our bar menu is also available for takeout, so you can enjoy it wherever you like. Please order in advance by calling 0771-16 17 00 ormarholmen, and pick up your order at the restaurant.
Enjoy a conference lunch cooked over an open fire.
Here on our fantastic archipelago island, even your conference lunch can be an experience! Gathering around an open fire to barbecue and eat together, with the sea air as an extra touch, makes your conference lunch a memory for life.

Our restaurant manager has put together various drink packages that go perfectly with our different menus. We'll select drinks that give you the absolute best taste experience based on the dishes we serve you for the evening.
