The winter á la carte menu will be served from January 4.

With terrine of scallops and shrimps

Thinly sliced smoked duck breast | 165 kr
Sweet potato cream, grapefruit, green pepper vinaigrette and fricassee salad

Carpaccio of red and yellow beetroot | 145 kr
Whipped tofu flavored with seaweed and kale flakes

Lightly grilled halved cod loin | 315 kr
with mussel veloute, trout roe, burnt black root, cauliflower and roasted macadamia nut.

Whole roasted leg of venison | 325 kr
Butter-fried wild mushrooms, butter-baked kohlrabi, red onion butter, crispy parsley, celeriac and potato puree, hazelnuts and port wine sauce.

Smoked and roasted celeriac | 215 kr
Red wine gravy on roasted cabbage, wild mushrooms, Jerusalem artichoke puree, hazelnuts and fired savoy cabbage.
