Over the years, we've hosted thousands of meetings, conferences, kick-offs, and events of all kinds here at Marholmen. As our customer, you get to benefit from all that accumulated knowledge and experience.
Diverse meeting and conference environments
Marholmen’s 34 hectares offer a variety of venues and settings for gatherings. Smaller groups can choose to meet in private in one of our historic villas, while groups of up to 150 people can be accommodated in our largest venue, Skeppet. Or why not rent the entire island!

Private meetings in your own villa
Welcome to our truly unique Art Nouveau villa from 1915 – Villa Berg! The villa can be rented for private meetings, conferences, or corporate events with space for 18 people. Private use of the entire villa, including all 13 guest rooms, a private chef, and all meals, is included in the price. If more accommodation is needed, nearby villas can be booked as well.

Rent the whole island for your event!
Do you want to invite the whole company to a big event? Or are you planning a festival and need a flexible venue with lots of space and possibilities? Then you can rent the entire island's 34 hectares, as large as 60 football fields, with all its areas, premises, and 400 beds. Only your imagination sets the limits for what we can come up with together to WOW your participants!

During a gala dinner on April 28th, this year's Swedish Meeting Award was presented, attended by about a hundred representatives from Sweden's best conference venues.
And the winner of Meeting Place of the Year 2025 is... Marholmen!
The award for Meeting Place of the Year went to us! We received the highest ratings in customer surveys for overall customer satisfaction, competing against over 150 of Sweden's best meeting facilities.

Winter Menu 2026
Marholmen’s Winter Table, featuring the flavors of Christmas, is served from November 29 onward and consists of a selection of bite-sized portions specially curated by our kitchen team. You’re free to choose from the bite-sized portions based on your own favorite flavors to create your own unique culinary experience.
The Winter Table (not to be confused with a traditional Christmas buffet) includes all your Christmas favorites, but it's presented and served in a fresh, new way. There will also be alternative dishes for those who aren't keen on Christmas food.
Price: 620 SEK excl. tax | 695 SEK incl. tax per person
Subject to possible changes.

In our technologically advanced world, creativity is an increasingly sought-after asset for all types of businesses. Several studies have shown that we become more creative when we move around and spend time in nature – so swap the traditional conference room for a Walking Conference in a beautiful archipelago setting!
With a Hiking Conference, you combine a wonderful nature experience throughout the entire day or during selected parts, with professional and enjoyable conference content. The day is shaped by the content, purpose, and goals of your conference, for example, business planning, team development, leadership development, communication, sustainability focus, ideas and vision, change management, etc.

GULD! 🏆
Igår kväll tog vår Alexander hem förstaplatsen i CopperSkillet – en internationell kocktävling för mötesanläggningar.
Även Joel, som också tävlade för Marholmen, gjorde en fantastiskt insats och vi nästan spricker av stolthet över att ha så grymma kockar i vårt kök.
Nu hejar vi på Alexander i Europafinalen i oktober – ett steg närmare världsfinalen i USA 2026!

Among all the groups that meet at Marholmen, few choose what we in the industry call a "Kalukamöte" – that's coffee, lunch, and coffee all in a four-walled conference room. Instead, almost everyone here takes the chance to explore the island, visit our spa, or enjoy the outdoors! And as we always say, there's no such thing as bad weather, so it's a great place to visit all year long.
