Our 'Hiking Conference' concept is based on research about how your brain and body work together. It means we blend your conference theme and content with hiking, neuro-leadership, and hands-on exercises, leading to more presence, energy, and engagement.

Your Hiking Conference starts and finishes with an overnight stay here with us at Marholmen, and of course, you'll enjoy delicious food and fika all day long. The content and agenda are tailored to your goals and purpose, created in close collaboration with Nina Lindblom or Mona Cewenhielm from our partner, Syresatta Möten. The day usually kicks off outdoors and often wraps up with an indoor workshop, where we bring together everything you've worked on throughout the day.

What's a Hiking Conference good for?
A Hiking Conference includes elements of nature, hiking, and team-building, all woven together with the meeting's theme, such as business planning, team development, leadership development, communication, sustainability focus, ideas and vision, change management, etc.

Who is it for? It's suitable for groups of 8-30 people, but can also be arranged for larger groups. The format is best for a full day, but you can also do it as a half-day event.
