New Marholmen
After an extensive renovation, a brand-new spa experience awaits you here at Marholmen!
Enjoy an infinity pool overlooking the bay and new spa experiences such as foot baths and infrared chairs. A sunroom with light therapy, a steam room, a dry sauna, and a hot tub round out the experience, which can, of course, be topped off with a spa treatment.
7° Bath & Sauna
7° Bath & Sauna is for you who long for a moment of peace and relaxation surrounded by nature.
Soak in warm tubs under the open sky, enjoy a sauna in the Sea Float, cool off with a dip in the ocean, rinse off in the warm outdoor shower, and relax in the sauna lounge. Repeat. A visit to 7° Bath Bastu is just as wonderful whenever you come, regardless of the weather.
Badholmen
Enjoy a sauna followed by a cold dip or a hot tub on Badholmen—just for you and your friends.
Badholmen features a sauna, a sandy beach, a swimming pier, a sun deck, two small changing rooms, an outdoor cold shower, a restroom, and two hot tubs that each accommodate up to eight people. At Badholmen, you can enjoy the sauna with a dip in the sea or with one or two hot tubs.
Forest Bathing
With Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku in Japanese), you experience the forest with all your senses.
Research shows that forest bathing helps the body manage stress, boosts the immune system, lowers blood pressure, and promotes a greater sense of well-being. You’ll find the perfect spot at the outermost tip of Strömsholmen.
Swim from a dock or the beach
If you just want to take a dip in the ocean, a swimming pier or beach is never far away.
Or a sauna, for that matter. All of our cabin several of the villas have their own sauna. Two docks are kept ice-free throughout the winter, allowing for refreshing swims in the sea year-round. There’s also a dog beach on the island for all the dogs eager to take a dip.
Spa treatment
Let your mind relax while your body is pampered in one of our treatment rooms.
The treatments are performed by our certified spa therapists, who offer a wide range of spa treatments and massage programs. We use products fromC/O Gerd, which are based on solid expertise, natural ingredients, and nature’s healing resources.
