In addition to redesigning the layout to improve the flow for our spa guests, we’re building an infinity pool with a view of the water and enhancing the experience with new spa amenities such as foot baths and infrared chairs. Bookings will open in spring 2026—stay tuned!

7° Bath & Sauna is for you who long for a moment of peace and relaxation surrounded by nature.
Soak in warm tubs under the open sky, enjoy a sauna in the Sea Float, cool off with a dip in the ocean, rinse off in the warm outdoor shower, and relax in the sauna lounge. Repeat. A visit to 7° Bath Bastu is just as wonderful whenever you come, regardless of the weather.
Your very own little island – just for you
Enjoy a sauna followed by a cold dip or a hot tub on Badholmen—just for you and your friends.
Badholmen features a sauna, a sandy beach, a swimming pier, a sun deck, two small changing rooms, an outdoor cold shower, a restroom, and two hot tubs that each accommodate up to eight people. At Badholmen, you can enjoy the sauna with a dip in the sea or with one or two hot tubs.
Spa treatment
Let your mind rest while your body is cared for and receives full attention in one of our treatment rooms by our certified SPA therapists, who offer a range of different spa treatments and massages.
We use products from C/O Gerd that are based on solid expertise, natural ingredients and nature's beneficial resources such as mineral water, clay, algae, botanical extracts and essential oils. The products are not tested on animals. A selection of products can be purchased in the hotel shop.
Please note that all massage and spa treatments are currently being held at Beda’s cabin at 7° Bath Bastu while Marholmen undergoes renovations through the summer of 2026.
