We invite you to make a reservation so you can enjoy Marholmen’s culinary experiences in peace and quiet—from a leisurely start to your breakfast to a welcome break for lunch and an atmospheric dinner in the evening. Whether you’re visiting for the day, here with colleagues for a conference, or staying for an extended visit with friends and family, we’ll ensure that the food is a natural and memorable part of your time with us.
Breakfast buffet
Every day, we serve a generous breakfast buffet featuring freshly baked bread and treats from our own pastry chef, fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes, cold cuts, hot dishes with eggs and bacon, and everything else you’d expect for breakfast. And freshly brewed coffee, of course! Everything is carefully selected to give you a great start to the day.
Today's lunch
Our lunch features carefully prepared dishes made with high-quality, seasonal ingredients. The menu varies and is inspired by Swedish flavors, often with a focus on local ingredients. Here, lunch is both a break and an experience—perfect for recharging your batteries between activities, meetings, or walks.
Dinner
As evening approaches, we welcome our guests to a dinner menu that highlights craftsmanship and quality ingredients. Our chefs create dishes rooted in Nordic cuisine, with seasonal influences. Dinner is best enjoyed in good company, and the evening is the perfect way to wind down at Hermans Bar.
Brunch at Hermans Veranda
We serve a delicious brunch at Hermans Veranda every Saturday and Sunday from September 5 through November 22, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Price: 375 SEK per person, including 3 dishes of your choice from the brunch menu.
Note: When selecting a seating time for your table reservation, be sure to choose "Brunch" (not "Lunch Reservation").
The Summer Tavern
The Grosshandlargården summer restaurant is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. through August 16. It serves coffee and pastries, meals such as pizza and hamburgers, ice cream, and drinks.
Every Thursday evening in July, there's Afterbeach with live music in the town square.
Table reservations are not available—walk-ins only.
Dinner at the Badhotellet
From Tuesday through Saturday during the period July 1–August 16, a limited number of seats are available for reservation by guests who are not staying at the Badhotellet but would still like to enjoy a meal at Villa Berg historic Villa Berg.
Contact the front desk for more information and available dates. Note: Reservations are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours before arrival.
