Spring Dinner box is for those who want to experience restaurant-style luxury in the Skärgårdshuset or the villa you’re renting here on Marholmen. The menu is prepared by our chefs and easily finished by you in the kitchen.
All the ingredients and instructions are included in the box, and the result will be just as good as if you’d eaten at a restaurant. Only at home.
Bringing a pre-packed Kolbulle kit —complete with firewood, batter, pork, lingonberry jam, and everything else you need—to one of our designated barbecue areas is a very popular activity here.
Then you cook your kolbulle together over an open fire and eat it piping hot straight from the pan with lingonberry jam. Heavenly!
