Breakfast buffet

Every day, we serve a generous breakfast buffet featuring freshly baked bread and treats from our own pastry chef, fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes, cold cuts, hot dishes with eggs and bacon, and everything else you’d expect for breakfast. And freshly brewed coffee, of course! Everything is carefully selected to give you a great start to the day.

Today's lunch

Our lunch features carefully prepared dishes made with high-quality, seasonal ingredients. The menu varies and is inspired by Swedish flavors, often with a focus on local ingredients. Here, lunch is both a break and an experience—perfect for recharging your batteries between activities, meetings, or walks.

Dinner

As evening approaches, we welcome our guests to a dinner menu that celebrates craftsmanship and quality ingredients. Our chefs create dishes rooted in Nordic cuisine, with influences from the season and the local surroundings. Dinner at Marholmen best Marholmen in good company, and we invite you to round out the evening at Herman’s Bar.

Brunch

Brunch will be served on the following dates: May 23 and 24, May 30 and 31, June 6 and 7, and June 13 and 14, 2026.

Price: 345 SEK per person, including 3 dishes of your choice from the brunch menu.

Midsummer Lunch at Hermans

What would Midsummer be without a lunch featuring all the traditional flavors? Lunch is included for guests who have booked a Midsummer package, and we still have a few spots available for other guests.

Price: 395 SEK per person.

Dinner bag

Spring Dinner box is for those who want to experience restaurant-style luxury in the Skärgårdshuset or the villa you’re renting here on Marholmen. The menu is prepared by our chefs and easily finished by you in the kitchen.

All the ingredients and instructions are included in the box, and the result will be just as good as if you’d eaten at a restaurant. Only at home.

Kolbulle over open fire

Bringing a pre-packed Kolbulle kit —complete with firewood, batter, pork, lingonberry jam, and everything else you need—to one of our designated barbecue areas is a very popular activity here.

Then you cook your kolbulle together over an open fire and eat it piping hot straight from the pan with lingonberry jam. Heavenly!
