This unique Jugendvilla is a Swedish national treasure and ideal to rent for smaller meetings and conferences such as strategy meetings, management team or board meetings. Here, you are on your own while we take care of everything. All meals are prepared by our own chef and served in the villa.
The villa has thirteen guest rooms, 11 double rooms including one mini suite, and two single rooms. Each of the rooms has a private bathroom. If more beds are needed, there are nearby villas to book.
The generous, country-style kitchen is the natural heart and focal point of the house. This is the place where the chef prepares your meals and where you have breakfast, snacks and lunch. Meetings and dinners take place in the magnificent glazed veranda overlooking Marholmsviken. A jetty with a bathing ladder below the villa and a relaxation area with sauna in the lower floor of the house, invites you to sea bathing all year round in the picturesque archipelago environment for complete relaxation. The villa also has its own hot tub.
If the group needs more than thirteen rooms, we recommend two nearby villas, Villa Ekbacken and Villa Viken, which are both right next door, or accommodation at the hotel or in an Archipelago House.
Copper bathtubs, timber walls and a breathtaking view. Here you get an atmosphere that is truly different from an ordinary villa. Villa Hanna is the oldest house on the island, once built for Hanna and Nils Berg, Marholmen's original host couple.
The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the rooms have 180 beds and private bathrooms, one room has a 160 bed and shares a bathroom in the hallway and the other room that shares the bathroom in the hallway has a 180 bed.
A shared kitchen and public areas provide plenty of space for socializing, and a dining room doubles as a meeting room for up to eight people. Morning and afternoon coffee is served in the villa and all meals are taken in the restaurant, just a short walk from Villa Hanna.
If you need more than beds, we recommend the nearby Skärgårdshus or Gula Villan, unless you prefer to stay at the hotel.
Villa Hanna is not winterized and can therefore only be booked from Easter to the autumn holidays.
Sometimes you just want a small and informal meeting in a more relaxed environment. For this purpose, our Archipelago Houses or smaller villas are perfect!
Our Archipelago Houses and smaller villas sleep up to six people with plenty of space for an informal meeting around the kitchen table for the small group. Here you can take care of yourself within easy reach of all the island's services and activities.
Morning and afternoon coffee is either delivered to you or you pick it up yourself in the restaurant in the hotel's main building, a few minutes walk from your house. You get a basket that you can take back to the Archipelago House or to any place on the island for a coffee break in the open air - why not on a pier?
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the hotel's restaurant.
