The activities here on the island vary a bit depending on the season you visit, but there's always something to do, no matter the weather. Some activities need to be booked well in advance to secure your spot, while others can be booked when you arrive. A tip is to always pack weather-appropriate clothes and comfy shoes so you can do whatever you feel like!
Nature trails for walks, exercise tracks, Forest Bathing, indoor and outdoor gyms, an agility course, several barbecue areas, a large and fun playground, jetties for swimming, a swimming beach with a diving tower, and a dog beach are always included for our guests. This, of course, also applies to those just visiting us for the day.

Hot tub & sauna
Badholmen, with its private sandy beach, sauna, and hot tubs available for private rental, is one of our most popular spots on Marholmen.
Adventure golf
Marholmen's adventure golf is a challenging course with plenty of bunkers and water features. It's an activity that suits everyone – from the youngest to the oldest!
7° Bath & Sauna
A Bath experience with nature at its heart, featuring saunas, a lounge, outdoor showers, and areas for relaxing and socializing – all year round, no matter the weather!
Table tennis and games at the Boathouse
At our charming Boathouse, you can challenge your friends, coworkers, or family to a game of table tennis, foosball, or darts from November through April.

For some extra pampering, you can book a lovely spa treatment or a relaxing massage with our experienced, certified spa therapists.
Guided sauna master session
A guided Sauna Master session is an experience that engages all your senses and gives you a feeling of renewal.
Flower shop
Learn how to tie a beautiful wreath or bouquet with what grows wild in nature by season. No prior knowledge is needed and of course you get to take your creations home!
Cold Bath with Sauna
Book the entire island of Badholmen for cold-water swimming from the dock or the sandy beach, complete with a private sauna for up to eight people. A dock is kept open year-round for swimming in the sea.
Play boules
Challenge your friends, or why not the neighbors in the cabin next door, to a classic and social game of boule. Our boule court is centrally located on the island.
Walking Gym – outdoor gym
Our outdoor gym offers a workout in a beautiful setting that takes you through seven stations, training both strength and intervals at the same time.
Forest Bathing
Lie down in the moss, sit on a tree stump, hug a tree, or just wander aimlessly. Take in nature with all your senses and see what happens.
Lighted trail
Start your day in the best way with a run. If it's dark, turn on the lights before running over the bridge to Strömsholmen.
Kolbulle over open fire
Grab a pre-packed 'Kolbulle' kit with everything you need to make your own 'kolbulle' over an open fire. A fun family activity!
Multi-court
Meet friends for a game of any sport in our multicourt! Choose between basketball, tennis and football. You can rent equipment from us on site or bring your own.
Pull raft to Nils' Bathhouse
Take the raft out to the tiny, tiny house on the tiny, tiny island that takes you back to the early 1900s. A kids' favorite!
Rent a canoe or SUP
In the summer months, you can rent canoes – it's a perfect way to explore the area around Marholmen.
Boat Fishing Trip
You can fish for pike, zander, perch, or sea trout in the waters around Marholmen. Rent a boat yourself or book a professional fishing guide.
