More information about Kolbulle
Here at Marholmen you get a pre-packed Kolbulle bag with firewood, matches, batter, pork, lingonberry jam, frying pan, drinks and everything else you need. You take the bag with you to one of our organized barbecue areas here on the island where you cook your kolbulle together over an open fire and eat it piping hot straight from the pan with lingonberry jam. A historic lunch that is a popular activity for all ages!
The box contains firewood, lighter box (usually reused egg cartons), matches, napkins, pans, seat pads, drinks, roast pork, batter and lingonberry jam etc.

The kolbullekasse can be booked online when you book your accommodation, or ordered the day before at the reception and taken to cook on your own at one of our organized barbecue areas here on the island.
The box can also be ordered for smaller conference groups. Ask us when booking!
Note! Due to the risk of fire, we do not sell the box during the summer or when there is a fire ban. If you are unsure, ask us what applies at the time of booking.
