Mareld Spa is your sanctuary every day, all year round. During your rest here at Mareld Spa, you have a view of piers, historic red villas with white knots, and the bay that lies blank in front of you. But you don't have to think about that. Just feel it.

Mareld Spa in the Roslagen archipelago

Mareld Spa is a small and personal spa that offers a relaxing lounge with light therapy, dry sauna & steam sauna, whirlpool, hot outdoor spring and a balcony facing the bay. Here you can let your thoughts rest while your body is taken care of in our warming dry sauna or get full attention in one of our treatment rooms.

Spa treatments & massages

Let your mind rest while your body is pampered and given full attention in one of our treatment rooms by our certified SPA therapists, who offer a range of spa treatments and massages.

We use products based on solid expertise, natural ingredients and nature's beneficial resources such as mineral water, clay, algae, botanical extracts and essential oils. Our products are not tested on animals. A selection of the products is available for purchase in the hotel shop.

Good to know

Spa entrance
Two hours of admission to the Mareld Spa costs 250 SEK per person Sunday to Thursday and 350 SEK Friday, Saturday and certain holidays for resident guests. The price includes bathrobe, towel and slippers. Spa entrance is always included when you book one of our spa packages.

The spa entrance always includes our sun therapy room where you can enjoy the health benefits of the sun, such as strengthening the immune system and replenishing vitamin D.

Age limits
Normally there is an 18-year age limit in our spa with the following exceptions:
- With Svea Junior Package children over 12 years old are welcome on Fridays and the day before a holiday at 12-14, 14-16, 16-18 & 18-20.
- During school holidays, children over 4 years old are welcome every day at 08-10, 10-12 or 12-14.

Please note that anyone under the age of 18 is always accompanied by an adult who is responsible for ensuring a calm and relaxing environment in our spa for the well-being and enjoyment of all guests.
