The menu is prepared by our chefs and is quickly and easily prepared by you in the kitchen. All ingredients and instructions are included in the box.
Smoked salmon and shrimp
Rye bread, radish and trout roe
Tenderstrip (tenderloin)
Mashed potatoes flavored with black pepper and lemon, roasted parsnips, Karl-Johan mushroom butter and oxtail gravy
White chocolate cream
Toasted oats, raw blueberries, tart lingonberries and browned butter
Price for the Dinner Box: 395 kr per person (min. 2 pers.)
Book your Dinner Box on 0771-16 17 00 or reception@marholmen.se no later than 12.00 the day before you want to pick it up. The box is picked up in the restaurant between 17 - 19 on the desired day.
The dinner box can be booked vegetarian, vegan or lactose-free. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other allergies or special diets in this product.
This year's New Year's box with lobster!
Celebrate the New Year with a festive 3-course New Year's box that you easily prepare and eat in your Skärgårdshus or villa! The specially composed 3-course menu is prepared by our chefs and is a delicious, flexible, fun and sooooo luxurious way to solve the New Year's dinner!

Grilled half lobster with fennel salad, lobster mayonnaise, and garlic bread.
HOT DISHES
Whole roasted veal loin with Pommes Anna, haricots verts, green asparagus, baked tomatoes and foie gras.
DESSERT
Chocolate cake Nemesis | with raspberry compote, white chocolate cream and roasted white chocolate.
