Lunch box
The menu is prepared by our chefs and is quickly and easily prepared by you in the kitchen. All ingredients and instructions are included in the box.
Cold smoked salmon
Green beans, grilled carrot, grated lemon cream, mustard seeds, cream cheese and bread croutons
Lemon roast lamb steak
Garlic & parsley cream, puree of carrot, green asparagus, Pommes Anna and crispy shallots
Rhubarb
Bavaroise, White chocolate, soft baked rhubarb, pistachio and puffed rice
Price for the Dinner Box: 395 kr per person (min. 2 pers.)
Children up to 12 years old can choose children's portions from our á la carte menu for half price.
Book your Dinner Box on 0771-16 17 00 or reception@marholmen.se no later than 12.00 the day before you want to pick it up. The box is picked up in the restaurant between 17 - 19 on the desired day.
The dinner box can be booked vegetarian, vegan or lactose-free. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other allergies or special diets in this product.
