After a wonderful day, when you finally had time to talk about all the things you don't have time to talk to each other about in everyday life, you wake up at dawn, sneak out of your tent and slide into the water for your first swim of the day. Soon it's time for breakfast and another long, free day lies ahead of you.

Booking for the 2025 glamping season is open!
You choose whether you want to stay firmly anchored under the canopy of trees on the highest point of Rackaren Island, or be rocked to sleep by the movement of the waves on a moored glamping raft. Whatever you choose, this is one glamping experience you just don't want to miss!
On the island Rackaren with bridge connection to Marholmen, we have built five canvas tents. Four of the tents are on their own rafts and one canvas tent is on land, built on a solid plateau. Our four glamping rafts have their own bathing ladders and you get free access to your own canoe with life jackets for a completely unique nature experience. If you choose to book our canvas tent on the island, you will instead get a barbecue area just outside the tent, a private bathing jetty just below and can enjoy a fantastic view and watch the sun go down into the sea.
You can hardly get closer to nature, but with all the amenities at your fingertips.
All canvas tents are 4.6 meters in diameter and are made of sturdy canvas fabric to protect against the elements. In each tent there is a 160 cm wide queen-size bed, a heater for chilly nights and everything else you need for a comfortable stay.
Nearby there are rock pools, barbecue areas and parking. A hot shower is available in the hotel's Mareld Spa. There is an incinerator toilet about 100 meters from the tents and a toilet in the main hotel building, about 500 meters away.
The package includes a Marholm dinner in our restaurant and a breakfast basket that is placed outside your tent at 07.45. Would you prefer to eat our large breakfast buffet? Then you notify us no later than the day before arrival.
The 2025 glamping season takes place from May 16 to August 30.
Please note that the tents are booked for a maximum of two people in existing beds, so it is not possible to book extra beds or extra breakfast baskets. It is also not possible to bring your dog. We have no lower age limit for our glamping, but safety is always the responsibility of the guardian.
