Featured Wholesaler Dinner of the Night

The evening's selected Grosshandlar dinner is served at Grosshandlar Square for those who have booked an accommodation or conference package that includes dinner. During the period May 5 - December 1, it is served as a 3-course menu with the exception of June 19 - August 17, when it is served as a barbecue buffet.

Västerbotten cheese cream, radish, Kataifi, lemon dressing, shoots & sprouts

Rack of lamb glazed with black garlic
Green asparagus, spinach, roasted chicken gravy, cider mustard, roasted garlic & lemon butter.
Served with potato puree

Rhubarb & Raspberry "Cheesecake"
Fresh cheese flavored with white chocolate & vanilla, baked shortbread and milk chocolate
