Gula Villan - villa with pier and south-facing veranda

With a slightly secluded yet central south facing position on the island and overlooking the water just below, it is no wonder that this is one of our most popular villas. From the large terrace you can rest your eyes on Marholmsviken or take a swim from our nearby swimming spots.

Gula Villan has an open and bright floor plan with a large kitchen and living room that is suitable for both socializing and meetings. This villa is just as perfect for secluded meetings with accommodation for the small work team as it is for groups of friends and families.

The master bedroom is located on the upper floor of the villa with a 180 bed and its own toilet and shower. Two further bedrooms, one of which faces the water, are located on the ground floor of the villa. One of the bedrooms has a 140 bed, the other a 120 bed. Both downstairs bedrooms have their own toilet and shower.
