Welcome to Gula Villan on the sunny side of Marholmen and one of the island's very best locations. This is a villa for those who want to live close to the water with a spacious south-facing veranda.

With a slightly secluded yet central south facing position on the island and overlooking the water just below, it is no wonder that this is one of our most popular villas. From the large terrace you can rest your eyes on Marholmsviken or take a swim from our nearby swimming spots.
Within its 90 square meters, Gula Villan has an open and bright floor plan with a large kitchen and living room that lends itself to both socializing and meetings. This villa is equally suited to secluded meetings with accommodation for the small work team as it is for groups of friends and families.
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor of the villa with a 180 bed and its own toilet and shower. Two further bedrooms, one of which faces the water, are located on the ground floor of the villa. One of the bedrooms has a 140 bed, the other a 120 bed. Both downstairs bedrooms have their own toilet and shower.
