Here at Marholmen you can rent just the house or villa in the Stockholm archipelago that you dream of. Do you want to cozy up with your family for a wonderful and undemanding get-together or gather your family, friends or colleagues for a celebration?

You can choose between charming red villas with white knots, a yellow villa with a large terrace in the best sun location - or maybe you prefer a large Art Nouveau villa or a grand wholesale villa? Common to all our villas is that they are of a high standard and that you are always close to the sea. Some of the villas even have their own beach with their own jetty.

Hotel house
In addition to our villas, we also have four hotel houses that are suitable for colleagues and friends who want to stay together but still a little secluded in their own room that can be locked and have their own bathroom. Read more about our Hotel Houses here >>

PLEASE NOTE! During periods of high demand, our villas are rented for two or more nights at a time. If you do not find availability on the date you are looking for in our online booking, try searching for several nights.

Villa Berg

Our largest villa is the magnificent Villa Berg. The villa has 11 double rooms including a mini suite, two single rooms, a large glazed veranda, a large kitchen and its own sauna and hot tub. The jetty and barbecue area are just below.

Accommodation for up to: 22 people

The villa will be renovated and open in 2024.

Villa Hanna

In 1905, wholesaler Nils Berg moved into Villa Hanna with his wife Hanna, laying the foundation for the Marholmen we know today. Today you can stay in the grand villa's four double rooms, living room and kitchen.

Yellow Villa

Live your dream of living in a yellow villa with an archipelago plot and a large terrace overlooking the sea. Gula Villan has one of Marholmen's best locations with an open and bright floor plan with a large kitchen and living room suitable for both socializing and meetings. In Gula Villan there are three bedrooms.

Villa Viken

Villa Viken is secluded but still in the middle of the island and is close to all activities and our entire range of services. The villa's bright and open floor plan accommodates a large living room with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen, a sauna, four bedrooms with space for up to eight people and two generous balconies, one of which is south-facing and overlooks Marholmsviken.

Villa Ekbacken

Villa Ekbacken offers an equipped kitchen, large living room and a total of three bedrooms. A private terrace in the best sun position for long balmy summer evenings makes it many people's favorite villa.

Sea cabin

Our most charming villa. The smell of sweet bread is in the rafters. Sjöstugan was once Marholmen's beloved baker's cottage. The oven is still there but the house is tastefully and modernly renovated. There are two double bedrooms, one of which has a sofa bed, a kitchen, bathroom, living room and a lovely terrace.

Administrator's residence

The manager's residence is a wonderful place to socialize. On two floors, you can spread out your conversations, or sit together with friends, family or colleagues in the villa's glass veranda. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and a charming glass veranda.
