A natural spot for rest and relaxation, right in the middle of nature.
Three buildings on the island's southern part have been carefully transformed into Bath cabins, which together form 7° Bath & Sauna. The name 7° comes from the average year-round temperature on Marholmen.
By the shore, a floating pier with a sea sauna offers peaceful views over Marholmsviken while you invigorate yourself with a dip in the sea from one of the pier's two swimming ladders. An equally wonderful experience no matter the season or water temperature!
All the interior design is consistently made from natural materials. The area features two saunas, changing rooms with showers, and spaces perfect for relaxing and socializing. Plus, in the best south-facing spot, you'll find a wooden deck with warm outdoor showers for a truly refreshing nature experience and pure relaxation.
Enjoy a bath under the open sky
To make your time here at 7° Bath Bastu even more special, your visit includes 45 minutes in one of our hot tubs. Soaking in a hot tub while gazing out over the bay is an experience that brings you as close to nature as you can possibly get. And the worse the weather—the better it is!
The bathtub is included when you book a bath admission online or at the front desk. A bathtub reservation is always for two people.
Please note that you start your time at 7° in a Bath tub, so please make sure to arrive in good time.
Add a lovely massage or treatment
Make sure to enjoy a little extra while you're with us and book a lovely massage or treatment. From June 2nd, treatments will be performed in Beda's shed here at 7° Bath & Sauna.
We use products that are built on solid expertise, natural ingredients, and nature's beneficial resources like mineral water, clay, algae, botanical extracts, and essential oils. Our products are not tested on animals. A selection of these products can be bought in the hotel shop.
How do I book?
Individual guests
As an individual guest, you can book a spa pass for 7°—including 45 minutes in the hot tub—as an add-on to your hotel room, cabin or villa in our online booking system.
Groups
Groups can book 7° every day of the week between 9 AM and 10 PM. Send us an inquiry using the form below with your desired date and time, or call us at +46 (0) 771 16 17 00 or email reception@marholmen.se
Good to know:
– Please note that we wear swimwear throughout the entire area for everyone's comfort and enjoyment.
– We have an 18-year age limit in the entire Bath area.
– It is not permitted to bring your own drinks or food.
– Cancellations made later than 24 hours before for individual guests and 7 days before for booked groups will be charged 100% of the price. A little bad weather is no reason to cancel – it's an equally wonderful experience regardless of the season or weather!
