Monday: Venison steaks with rosé pepper sauce, carrots, blackcurrant jelly and boiled potatoes.
Vegan kebab with vegetables, fried noodles and kimchi mayonnaise

 

Tuesday: Fish wallenbergare with Sandefjord sauce, sugar peas and potatoes |
Vegetarian meatballs stuffed with feta cheese, roasted peppers, tomato sauce and rice

 

Wednesday: Baked pork loin, herb garden sauce, broccoli and roasted potatoes | Moroccan stew with chickpeas and vegetables. Served with bulgur and cauliflower

 

Thursday: Horseradish meat on veal shank with sautéed carrots and boiled potatoes | Kale risotto with grey pea falafel and yogurt dip

 

Friday: Porchetta with roasted peppers, tomato sauce, fennel aioli and wedge potatoes |.
Bean steaks with roasted root vegetables, arugula cream and pickled vegetables

 

Saturday: Oven-baked salmon with spinach, herb butter sauce and boiled potatoes | Fried gnocchi with halloumi, vegetables and herb pesto

 

Sunday: Barbecued glazed prime rib with grilled cabbage and jacket potatoes |
Vegetarian goulash with vegetables, rice and smetana

Monday: Herb and panko coated saithe with lemon aioli and dill buttered potatoes | Vegetable steaks with roasted root vegetables, arugula cream and roasted pickled red onion


Tuesday: Herb and Mozzarella Covered Chicken with Mojo Rojo and Roasted Potatoes | Vegetarian Lasagna with Tomato Sauce and Parmesan Cheese


Wednesday: Cobbler's box on wine-braised prime rib. Served with smoked pork, mushrooms, red wine sauce and potato puree | Beetroot steaks with feta cheese cream and wedge potatoes


Thursday: Lightly smoked herb-spiced salmon with spinach lemon aioli and boiled potatoes | Fried gnocchi with haloumi, pesto and vegetables.


Friday: Orange marinated baked pork side with roasted corn and jacket potatoes, cabbage salad and barbeque sauce | Yellow Curry with Quorn, cashew nuts, Raita and jasmine rice.

 

Saturday: Marholmens fish stew with boiled potatoes, saffron aioli and croutons | Quesadillas filled with pulled oumph, vegetables and cheese. Served with avocado dip

 

Sunday: Baked pork loin with broccoli, roasted root vegetables, red wine sauce and truffle mayonnaise | Vegetarian lasagna with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese
