The Cold Bath is perfect for anyone wanting to try something truly refreshing and absolutely fantastic! In this delightful activity, your whole body gets to simply be in the moment. We recommend taking several dips followed by a sauna to truly experience the Cold Bath properly – it's just right for a relaxing break on Badholmen.

Marholmen's sea Bath has always been here, in a way. The place you'll visit when you book a sea Bath is called Badholmen. And just like the name suggests, this islet has been used for bathing for ages, all year round. The difference now is that we've put up a pier with a ladder, and in winter, we make sure to keep it ice-free for anyone who fancies a dip.

Quickly cooling down your body isn't harmful for a healthy person; on the contrary, it has many health benefits. However, you should be a bit careful with cold baths if you have any heart or vascular disease. You know your body best.

Available times:
Seaside swimming at Badholmen can be booked until 2:00 PM every day. Times after 2:00 PM must be booked at least 24 hours before arrival.

Price
Cold baths at Marholmen 1,560 SEK per hour, including tax, and include one hour of private use of Badholmen with a heated sauna for up to eight people.

When you book this activity, a towel will be waiting for you in the changing room out on Badholmen. You’ll also find some tips here for those who have never gone for a cold swim before.
