More information about our gym

In the basement of our main building you will find a fully equipped indoor gym with weights, tools and machines that are free for you as a resident guest to use.

Tip! Did you know that we also have a walking gym with seven stations along the light trail on Strömsholmen? If it is dark when you arrive, turn on the switch before the bridge for 40 minutes of electric light around the track.
