Christmas package - Christmas on the island
Our Christmas package Christmas on the Island includes accommodation in a hotel room or Archipelago House. Breakfast buffet and all main meals are included every day (see program below), as well as mulled wine and gingerbread.
On Christmas Eve all children receive a gift from Santa Claus and of course Donald Duck is shown on the big screen. Those who want to take part in the community during the evening - don't forget to buy your own tickets.
Check-in is from 11 am on Saturday, December 23.

- Santa Claus distributes presents to all children in the historic Villa Hanna. Drop-in between 13-15.

The day before the day of immersion (day of arrival)
LUNCH: Gremolata-marinated chicken with ceasar mayonnaise, roasted beets and roasted potatoes. Baked celeriac with lukewarm wheat salad and herb dressing. Fresh bread, whipped butter, cheese tray and crackers
DINNER: Lobster soup flavored with harissa. Served with fennel, cream cheese and croutons. Currant-glazed leg of venison with aged cheddar cheese, spicy gravy, savoy cabbage, dried currants and kale. Cooked pear with mascarpone flavored with ginger, nougat, crunchy sugar and cardamom cake
Christmas Eve
LUNCH: Christmas lunch with Christmasskinka, different types of mustard, rice pudding, hard bread, wafer bread and cheese
DINNER: Marholmen's big Christmas table
Christmas Day
Applies to those who book a 3-night package. Those who have booked 2 nights will check out after breakfast.
LUNCH: Lasagna with salad and freshly baked bread
DINNER: Ox tartare with dijonnaise, grated egg yolk, fried shallots and pickled beets. Steamed Arctic char with fried pickled chanterelles, lightly baked tomatoes and crayfish sauce. Blackberry pannacotta with salted chocolate cream, meringue and crispy chocolate crumbs
