A completely unusual meeting day at Marholmen

Among all the groups that meet at Marholmen, few choose what we in the industry call a Kalukamöte – that's coffee, lunch, and coffee all in a four-walled conference room. Instead, almost everyone here takes the chance to explore the island, visit our spa, or enjoy the outdoors! And as we always say, there's no such thing as bad weather, so it's a great place to visit all year long.

Energizing Meetings

Swap out that traditional conference room for a beautiful archipelago setting for a few hours! It's a fact that we get more creative when we move around and spend time in nature. Our 'Oxygenated Meetings' are perfect if you want to inject lots of energy and creativity into your team and spark new ideas for your business. We combine hiking with chats, discussions, and brainstorming in smaller groups, either in pairs or individually. We do this through walking meetings, personal reflection time, and group discussions with several stops along the way to gather everyone for feedback and a coffee break. Oxygenated Meetings are great for those booking a meeting or conference focused on problem-solving, finding new ideas, or planning your operations.
