In the heart of Marholmen is our unique Art Nouveau villa from 1915 - Villa Berg. The villa can be rented for private meetings, conferences, corporate events, weddings or private celebrations with room for 18-20 people.

Our history since
1900
Marholmen is a historic place created by wholesaler Nils Berg in the early 1900s, together with his wife Hanna. In 1913, they decided to donate their beloved island of Marholmen to build a rest home for working-class women here.

Just in time for Easter, Villa Hanna opens for the season! 🌷
Here, in Marholmen's oldest villa, which was completed in 1905 and was originally the Bergs' summer residence, you will find 254 spacious square meters with room for up to eight guests. The villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and large areas for socializing.
As if that wasn't enough, the house even has its own billiard room! 🎱
