A natural place for rest and relaxation, in the middle of nature
Three buildings on the southern part of the island have been carefully converted into bathhouses, which together form 7° Bath & Sauna. The name 7° comes from the average temperature on Marholmen all year round.
At the water's edge, a floating jetty with a sea sauna offers soothing views of Marholmsviken while you get your spirits up with a dip in the sea from one of the jetty's two bathing ladders. An equally wonderful experience regardless of the season and water temperature!
All furnishings are made of natural materials throughout. The area consists of two saunas, changing rooms with showers and areas for relaxation and socializing. In the best south-facing position there is a wooden balcony with hot outdoor showers for a purifying nature experience and relaxation.

Mary who lived here at Marholmen 100 years ago has given its name to this package, which is for those who love contrasts, nature and unforgettable experiences with a little bit of luxury.
This wonderful package with cold dips, warm pleasures and nature in the city center includes overnight stay in a hotel room, Wholesaler dinner and Sauna & Sea Bath entrance to 7° Bath & Sauna for two hours.
Tip! As an option, you can add 45 minutes in one of our four lovely bathtubs
Bathtub bathing under the stars
To further enhance your time here at 7° Bath & Sauna, you can choose to book 45 minutes in one of our hot tubs. Lying in a tub and looking out over the bay is an experience that takes you as close to nature as you can get. And the worse the weather - the more wonderful it is!
The bathtub is booked as an addition to your package or bath entrance when booking online or with the reception. A bathtub is always booked for two people and we only have four tubs per slot time, so first come first served.
Please note that you will start your time at 7° in a bathtub, so be sure to arrive in good time.
Book a relaxing massage or treatment
Take the opportunity to enjoy a little extra while you are with us and book a nice massage or treatment. From June 2nd, the treatments will be performed in Beda's booth here at 7° Bath & Sauna.
We use products based on solid expertise, natural ingredients and nature's beneficial resources such as mineral water, clay, algae, botanical extracts and essential oils. Our products are not tested on animals. A selection of the products is available for purchase in the hotel shop.
How do I book?
Individual guests
As an individual guest, you can book bathing access to 7° as an option to your hotel room, cabin or villa in our online booking. Time in the bathtub can be added as an option.
Accommodation package
St. Mary's Sea Bath & Sauna includes sea bath and sauna entrance, accommodation in hotel room, wholesale dinner and breakfast buffet. Time in the tub can be added as an option.
Groups can subscribe
Groups can subscribe to 7° every day of the week between 09-22. Send us a request in the form below with the desired date and time, alternatively call us on 0771-16 17 00 or emailmarholmen
Good to know:
- Please note that we wear swimwear throughout the area for everyone's comfort and enjoyment.
- We have an 18-year age limit in the entire swimming area.
- It is not allowed to bring your own drinks or food.
- Cancellations made later than 24 hours before for individual guests and 7 days before for subscribed groups will be charged 100% of the price. A little bit of rain is no reason to cancel - it's an equally wonderful experience whatever the season and weather!
