A natural place for rest and relaxation, in the middle of nature
Three buildings on the southern part of the island have been carefully converted into bathhouses, which together form 7° Bath & Sauna. The name 7° comes from the average temperature on Marholmen all year round.
Four secluded outdoor hot tubs, heated to around 42°, offer a private nature experience under the open sky while the scent and sound of crackling birchwood spreads across the bay. At the water's edge, a floating jetty with a sea sauna offers soothing views of Marholmsviken while you get the spirit of life going with a dip in the sea from one of the jetty's two bathing ladders. An equally wonderful experience regardless of the season and water temperature!
All furnishings are made of natural materials throughout. The area consists of two saunas, changing rooms with showers and areas for relaxation and socializing. In the best south-facing position there is a wooden balcony with hot outdoor showers for a purifying nature experience and relaxation in the best south-facing position.
Selma's bathroom package
When Selma Blomberg traveled to Marholmen at the beginning of the last century, there was a holiday home for working women here on the island, long before we had statutory holidays.
We hope and believe that she would have loved this package with overnight stay in Cabin, breakfast buffet and entrance to the 7° Bath & Sauna experience for two hours.
Mary's Sea Bath & Sauna
Mary who lived here at Marholmen 100 years ago has given its name to this package, which is for those who love contrasts, nature and unforgettable experiences with a little bit of luxury.
This wonderful package with cold dips, warm pleasures and nature in the city center includes overnight stay in a hotel room, Wholesaler dinner and Sauna & Sea Bath entrance to 7° Bath & Sauna for two hours.
How do I book?
Individual guests
As an individual guest, you can book bathing access to 7° as an option to your hotel room, Cabin or villa in our online booking. As a rule, bookable times are available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Accommodation packages
Selma's Bath Package includes bath entrance, accommodation in Cabin or one of our villas and breakfast buffet available dates.
St. Mary's Sea Bath & Sauna includes sea bath and sauna entrance, accommodation in hotel rooms, wholesale dinner and breakfast buffet.
Groups can subscribe

The 7° Bath & Sauna experience is now one year old. And what a success it has been! We can only conclude that the craving for a warm Bath in a bathtub under the open sky, sea baths and saunas is great, regardless of the season and weather.

Good to know:
- The bathtub is always booked for two people, i.e. if you are two people you book one bathtub, if you are four people you book two bathtubs, etc.
- 45 minutes in one of the bathtubs is included for those who booked Badentré. It is not possible to book only one bathtub.
- For those who booked Sauna & Sea Bath Entrance, bathtubs are not included.
- Please note that we wear swimwear throughout the area for everyone's comfort and enjoyment.
- We have an 18-year limit in the entire bathing area.
- Cancellations made later than 24 hours before for individual guests and 7 days before for subscribed groups will be charged 100% of the price. A little bit of rain is no reason to cancel - it is an equally wonderful experience regardless of the season and weather!
