Wedding and party package with 3-course party menu in Grosshandlargården or Strandpaviljongen
Our party package can be booked in our historic and beautiful premises Grosshandlargården or Strandpaviljongen, which is located in the heart of Marholmen and was built during Elsa Beskow's time on our island. Our party packages include:
- A festive menu
- Rent for Grosshandlargården or Strandpaviljongen
- Waiters and cooks
- Furnished with table, chairs, white linen tablecloths and napkins
Minimum 40 people.
Price indication: from 1 124 SEK per person.
The price example includes a set-up party room with a 3-course party menu and coffee for 90 people in Strandpaviljongen. Drinks are extra.

Please note that we unfortunately do not accept weddings and parties in Grosshandlargården or Strandpaviljongen during our summer season, which runs from midsummer until mid-August.
Wedding and party package with 4-course party menu in Villa Berg
Villa Berg's wedding and party packages include:
- The entire 448 square meters of the villa including 13 guest rooms from 3 pm on the day of arrival to 11 am on the day of departure
- Snacks in the villa on arrival
- A 4-course feast, prepared by Loén's talented food creators
- Accommodation for up to 20 people in the villa, more accommodation can be booked
- Breakfast
- Free access to the villa's shared relaxation area with sauna and hot tub

Villa Berg's beautiful glazed veranda can accommodate up to 30 people for dinner and we accept bookings all year round.
Good to know when booking a party at Marholmen
The following are included in the wedding and party packages:
- banquet hall
- Waiting staff and chef(s)
- Festive menu
- Furnished with tables and chairs, white tablecloths and linen napkins
- Existing noise in the premises (not suitable for dancing)
Optional:
- Marriage on the island
- Beverage package, bridal toast, pre-drink, avec etc
- Snacks incl. canapés, cheese & charcuterie tray etc.
- Filling
- Handling and serving of takeaway cake
- Accommodation in hotel rooms, cabin or villas
Please note:
- Any music must be turned off by 01.00 at the latest to respect other guests on the island and our neighbors.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed at Marholmen's catering facilities, including the party room.
- The venue must be emptied of any decorations at the agreed time.
Venues in historic settings in the heart of the island
Every party is unique and we do everything we can to make it feel just that. A party at Marholmen is like nothing else. Here you are on your own island in the heart of the Roslagen archipelago. Perhaps it is the effect of the fact that we have been organizing parties here on the island for over eighty years.
You can choose between the historic Grosshandlargården, an original classroom at the folk high school that was located here on Marholmen 100 years ago, or the beautiful Strandpaviljongen, which was a dormitory during the same period. Or Marholmen's jewel, the Art Nouveau villa Villa Berg which was completed in 1915 and has been carefully renovated back to its former glory.
Guests don't want to go home? No problem, we have enough beds!
Here all guests can stay over, and we really mean all. Choose between staying in hotel rooms at the hotel, or together in our popular Marholm cottages or in our villas here on the island. Then you can get together again and enjoy a joint breakfast buffet the next morning.
Friends of Marholmen
We are very service-oriented, but no one can be the best at everything. The price does not include the following:
- Flower arrangements including bridal bouquet, wedding arch and table decorations
- Décor and decorations
- DJ and sound system for dancing
- Wedding cake
- Wedding/party coordination
- Wedding photographer
