Tuesday: Steamed pollock fillet with chopped egg, browned horseradish butter, shrimp, sugar snap peas and potatoes
Soy moussaka with eggplant and potatoes served with feta cheese cream and baked tomatoes

 

Wednesday: Red wine boiled chicken, mushrooms, smoked pork belly, leeks and potato puree | Chickpea pancakes with paprika fried chickpeas, baked celeriac, couscous and garlic dressing

 

Thursday: Braised veal shank with horseradish sauce, roasted onions, pickled onions, baked tomato and boiled potatoes | Tortellini with tomato cream, roasted seeds, olives and spinach

 

Friday: Spicy roasted pork fillet with mushroom sauce, blackcurrant jelly, steamed broccoli and potato gratin
Grey pea falafel, roasted root vegetables, beetroot hummus and pickled vegetables

 

Saturday: Butter Baked Fillet of Pollock with mashed potatoes, browned butter, herbs, lemon and sugar snap peas | Vegetarian lasagna with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese

 

Sunday: Braised prime rib with grilled cabbage and split potatoes
Vegetarian chili stew with beans, rice and smetana

Tuesday: Paprika and mozzarella gratinated chicken with Mojo rojo, baked peppers and roasted potatoes | Vegetarian Carbonara with smoked tofu, onions and parmesan cheese


Wednesday: Night-baked pork loin, parsley & garlic butter, steak sauce, broccoli, Pak Choi and roasted potatoes | Grey pea falafel with roasted carrots, broccoli and red onion and mint yogurt


Thursday: Spicy fried salmon with creamy mustard sauce, dill-pickled cauliflower & cucumber and boiled potatoes | Piccata on eggplant, with tomato sauce, fennel aioli and boiled rice


Friday: Schnitzel with caper butter, lemon sauce, green peas, smoked lemon, parsley and roasted potatoes | Curry with Quorn, mushrooms and pilaf rice

 

Saturday: Marholmens fish stew with fennel, boiled potatoes, saffron aioli and croutons | Gratuette on soy meat, vegetables and aged cheese with mashed avocado, sun-dried tomato cream and fried tortilla
