Goes to the facility with the most satisfied customers.
Criteria:
The award goes to the facility that received the highest ratings in the previous year’s customer surveys on questions measuring overall customer satisfaction, including willingness to recommend, willingness to return to the facility, and the overall experience.
The winners of the 2025 Swedish Meeting Award will be announced and honored at Yasuragi on April 28.
