Our island offers an amazing variety that's hard to beat. You can come here with a small group or an entire delegation. You can choose to meet in modern conference rooms or in historic rooms. You can also choose to stay in modern hotel rooms or have the fantastic Villa Berg from the turn of the last century all to yourselves.
Our meeting and conference venues each have their own unique vibe, but they all share high-standard tech, great ventilation, and plenty of natural light. Plus, most of them come with absolutely incredible views!
The Beach Pavilion
The Historic Beach Pavilion is tucked away with its own terrace overlooking the sea, and it's no surprise that it's one of our most popular spots for conferences and events.
The Merchant's Manor
This building turned 100 years old in 2024. Today, it's a flexible and incredibly beautiful venue for all types of meetings, events, parties, and dinners.
The Boathouse
Surprise your attendees by holding your meeting in the Boathouse – it's a genuine archipelago experience that sets the perfect tone and atmosphere right from the start. The Boathouse comes with all the meeting tech you need and can accommodate up to 70 people.
Villa Berg
Villa Berg is perfect to rent for meetings and conferences, like management team or board meetings, for up to 18 people. Here you get to have the place all to yourselves while your own chef prepares all meals in the villa's kitchen.
Villa Hanna
A shared kitchen and common areas provide plenty of space for meetings and socializing in this historic villa from 1905. Villa Hanna can accommodate up to eight people for meetings in an incredibly charming setting.
The White-tailed Eagle
Your conference in Havsörnen is flexible. The venue is easy to furnish, and for larger setups, it can accommodate up to 55 people in theatre style. Natural daylight streams in through many windows with a view of the river.
The Cormorant
The Skarven conference room in the main building is our most popular space for board or management teams who prefer to gather around a boardroom table where everyone can see each other. It's perfect for meetings with up to 14 participants.
The Kestrel
The Tornfalken conference room is also located in the main building. This flexible and adaptable space can fit up to 20 people in a theater setup, making it perfect for a smaller work group.
The Skvader
Located in the main building, the Skvadern conference room is a flexible workspace that can fit 20 to 40 participants, depending on your preferred setup. Natural daylight streams in from generous windows.
Sparrowhawk
Sparrowhawk is a medium-sized and flexible conference room in the main building. It can accommodate up to 40 people in theatre style seating. The room is fully equipped with technology and has plenty of natural daylight.
Group rooms
In addition to our conference rooms, we also have six group rooms. All group rooms have natural daylight and are perfect for small conferences with just a few participants, or for splitting up a larger group into smaller ones for more in-depth discussions. Read more about our group rooms here >>
